Greetings Zack,

I am reaching out to you because I wanted to know if you will be attending the NY Mets vs. Miami Marlins Series in Puerto Rico, from April 28-30. I am going to visit family in Puerto Rico and planning to attend at least of the game. I was just wondering if you are going to the series and if so I may join you catching some baseballs and getting some autographs.

God Bless you,
Manny

Zack,

Thanks so much for your fast response! We got the shirt just in time for Christmas. I also printed off your email and gave it to my 10 year old son. He loved the shirt and thought it was really cool that you said hi to him in the email. Thanks again and I hope your holiday was great!

Zack you are such an inspiration for me and I know is this probably going to end up in a spam folder that you are never going to read but I have been with you since day 1 you have showed me how to use the glove trick and ball hawk tactics your videos help me when I’m down and last year I was in a huge slump but then I watched you catch a homer in the dugout I got up to the plate ready to hit one strait to you it was 0and2 and then out of nowhere I remembered your video and I just let my body take control I ended up getting a 186foot homer and I can’t thank you enough I know I’m just an ordinary 11year old who lives in Miami but you really help me realize what I can do to change for the better happy Hanukkah merry Christmas and a very happy new year I would like to some day be able to meat you in person but for right know I just wanted to say thank you

Sincerely,
Thomas

Zack,

I hadn’t heard of you prior to this year.  I go to Columbus Clippers games frequently.  Always enjoy going early.  Batting practice ends before the gates open, but I enjoy watching the grounds crew prep the field, line it, etc.  I have heard a lot of talk from the kids that are at the games of you and your videos.  They truly enjoy seeing how many balls you get per game and try to emulate you and get lots of toss ups.  Keep doing what you do as you have created some strong interest within some of these kids that may not be as interested with out you.

I have seen your videos from Tokyo and London and have enjoyes those as much as the others.  Any chance that you are headed to the Puerto Rico series in 2020?

Thanks,
Craig

December 16, 2019

Dear Zack,

I just finished watching your three latest videos. Umm…before I go any further, I have to say that I am from Minnesota, I am in Minnesota, and for the last few weeks, as part of my job working at a small, family-owned grocery store/meat market/catering operation, I have been outside shoveling and moving Christmas trees (did I mention we also sell Christmas trees?) often in single digit temperatures.

Long story short: Sorry, man, you are going to hear about it from someone from Minnesota. Upper 20’s at Yankee Stadium? I’ll trade you!

(Side note: The profits on the Christmas trees go to charity, which makes the work much more bearable.)

But, besides a little ribbing, I wanted to thank you for your videos. I’m 53 years old and as I was watching your 2019 highlight video I felt like a little kid again.

Apparently, I needed to see some green grass, sunshine, and F-U-N at the ballpark more than I realized.  I especially enjoy seeing the joy you bring to other people; whether it’s giving a kid a baseball or clowning around with the people you meet. Kindness is an incredible gift.

So…thank you, Zack! Like you, I’m looking forward to the 2020 season. But before all of that—have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

All the best!

Kurt

PS: Win! Twins!

Hey Zack,

I’m sure you are planning on going to the Yankees/White Sox Field of Dreams Game next summer. As I’m sure you are aware, this will be the first MLB game played in the state of Iowa. If you are planning on attending, I wanted to offer to pick you up at the airport and take you to the game. I live in Davenport, IA (about an hour and 10 min form Dyersville) and the closest airport to the game will be Quad City International which is 10 minutes from my house. I’m planning on going if I can snag tickets. But feel free to email me if you need a pick up, ride, or place to stay if you come to Iowa. I enjoy your video’s man and how much you give to the baseball community. Hope to hear back from you!

-River

Hi Zack,

I just wanted to send along a quick email to thank you for reigniting my interest in Baseball. Watching baseball was never that easy in the UK, but with your fantastic channel I've really started to enjoy it again. If I ever get to a Yankees game I'll be sure to say hi.

All the best and thanks,

Iain (UK)

Hey Zack! I just wanted to let you know how much of an inspiration you have been for me! You helped me through tough times of anxiety, and I wanted to thank you for that! I have caught two baseballs in my lifetime and you really introduced me into ballhawking. Without you, I wouldn’t have even started my youtube channel! Thanks again for being such a huge inspiration and keep up the grind!

-Brady

November 30, 2019

Good evening zack, let me introduce myself. My name is lee , and my 10 year old son Jacob always watches and enjoys all your videos. I would possibly like to know how to get an autographed pitch in for baseball shirt.  From your self .He would be crazy if we can. I will gladly make a donation in his name. Please let me know how to do this if possible. Thank you for your help and time.

November 22, 2019

Hi Zack,

My 7 year old is a huge fan of yours. He watches all your videos. He has a decent collection of MLB balls for his age, around 50. His biggest wish this year is to do a watch with Zack game with you. I don't know if its too early to start planning your 2020 season plans. But I wanted to check with you about when is the right time to schedule this.

We are season ticket holders in Baltimore, which I've been told is one of your favorites. So if this is a good time for you to set up a game, great. If not, let me know when would be a good time and we can take it from there.

I do want to thank you for your videos, my son has better appreciation for this game than he had before.

Thanks again for your time and I look forward to hearing from you and yes I did read your FAQ's.

Sincerely,
Matt

November 12, 2019

Hey Zack!

My name is Robert and I’m a huge fan of you and your videos. I’ve started collecting baseballs just like you. I’ve always wanted to meet you and possibly watch a mlb game with you. I’m a huge Washington Nationals and would love if you helped me catch a baseball from one of their games next season. Please right back it would make my day to know you read and responded to me.

Thanks Zack,

You’re biggest fan,
Robert

-Hayden

November 4, 2019

Hey Zack, I was looking at your website and was looking at the FAQ's and I saw where we can send something to get autographed by you. So I was most definitely gonna send you something but I don't have anything with you on it like one of you baseball cards or anything that will fit in an envelope. So I was looking around in my baseball card collection and found a Aaron Judge card that has you on it from when he robbed you of a home run. Would it be possible for you to sign that? If not any suggestions?

Thanks Mr. Hample

-Lane

November 3, 2019

Hey Zack,

I found your videos on YouTube and wanted to drop you a note to share some baseball love & thank you for sharing your love of the game. I think it's great. You seem like a real historian for the game as well.

All the best Zack,

Cheers,

October 30, 2019

Hey Zack, we love watching your baseball videos and me and my brother both play baseball. I don't know if you remember or not but in one of your Q and A videos my friend his name is Mason Dugan asked if you ever caught a ball from Caleb Joseph and I also had a question but I think it is a lot better question. Have you ever caught a Home run ball hit by Barry Bonds. Also, who are you going for in the World Series. I am we are going for the nationals. It would be awesome if you responded but if you don't I will know why I am sure you get all kinds of emails like this from fans everyday. Also one more question, what is your fan mail address? Thanks Mr. Hample.

October 20, 2019

My name is Hudson and I am 9 years old.  I used one of your tricks at Guaranteed Rate Field behind home plate after a Sox vs Tigers game September 28.  Homeplate umpire Ron Kulpa threw me a ball and I caught it!

I want to see you at a game next year.  I hope you go with me to the White Sox game on July 12th against the Diamondbacks.

I am a big baseball fan and I watch you every day.  I hope one day I can throw you a ball when I make the Major leagues.

Thanks,
Hudson

October 12, 2019

Do you think you and me will ever meet each other one day cause my dream has always been to meet you and know what it’s like to be at a game

October 8, 2019

Hi,

I have also sent this via message but because I never sent a message via Twitter before or Instagram I don’t know if I did it right so I wanted to send an email just to cover all my bases. My son is a huge fan of baseball and you which is how I’ve come to send this message. We have just started our journey this year to try and visit all of the MLB fields before he graduates high school; he is eight so we have a little time to fit that in, but since he is such a fan of yours he has mentioned that you have your own TOPPs baseball card and I’ve been looking for it and haven’t able to find one? I didn’t know if you knew where we could buy one? Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your time,
Emily (Ethan’s Mom)

October 7, 2019

Hey Zack, I’m Jon, I was on line with you for the ALDS Game 2, my dad had the yankee neck tat. I just wanted to say thank you for talking to us while waiting forever on line, my dad had a really good time talking to you and I did as well. Hope to see you again at the stadium, will find a way to contact you for the next game I am heading to, my dad will definitely like to talk to you again! Til next time.

October 6, 2019

Hi Zack,

I was so excited to meet you yesterday, I was the kid in the orange jacket in left field that asked you for your autograph and a picture, I could not believe I finally met you! Congrats on getting a commemorative baseball, I was really upset that I didn’t get any baseballs yesterday after trying every inning to get Judge’s warmup ball, I had never been to a postseason game before, and probably won’t go again for a while because of how it expensive it was, I really wanted to get a ball regardless of if it was commemorative or not, I just wanted to get a ball as a memento of the amazing day. It was a great game but that was really upsetting lol, my two wishes at that game were to meet you and get a baseball, so at least one of them came true lol.

Keep up the great work,
Alexander

Im a huge fan of your channel.Yes im an adult who loves baseballs and the sport itself since high school when I playing.I wanted to ask if your gonna be there for Game 1 of the ALDS for the Yankees. It would be an honor to watch my first playoff game with my favorite ballhawk.I don't care if I just see you for BP. If you can see the game with me it would be an honor.Keep striving for the stars my fellow ball hawk.

Thanks for giving me a reason to love baseball more. Also only have 2 baseballs lifetime.I gave one away to a fan because seeing you be generous brings joy to my heart. Hope you can see this and get back to me

September 28, 2019

Hey Zack, I know this is a lame question, but if there's any chance I can buy or snag a Giants ball from you, I would be so grateful. I've been trying for 24 years. I've been so close but I've never gotten one. Do you have one laying around you can send me? I'd be so happy... If not, I totally understand. Thanks man. You're the coolest.

-Joe D.

September 25, 2019

Hi Zack,

This is coming from another one of your fellow Zacks! Although mine is spelled Zach. I am 12 years old, and baseball is my favorite sport by far! Watching your videos helped me to be able to catch my first ball! I watch one of your videos every morning before I go to school and its a great way to start my day! I have a couple of questions. First of all, besides Yankee Stadium, which stadium have you caught the most balls at? Also, who is your pick for the World Series Winner this year? And lastly, I'm from Boston so I would really like it if you did more Fenway Park videos. I know it is very hard to catch balls, but it would make a lot of us Boston fans happy!

Thanks,
A fellow Zack (Zach)

September 24, 2019

Hey Zack…

I’m not interested in a watch with Zack game at this time… I just wanted to tell you how great I think what you do is!

I’m a 39 year old church planter / minister with an 11 almost 12 year old son that LOVES your videos! Shoot… I LOVE your videos! Forget Bryce Harper… you make Baseball Fun! Watching your videos helps fulfill the void left by TWIB (this week in baseball).

Some day… I would LOVE to have a Watch with Zack game. We live in Maine… so maybe Fenway… or maybe we’ll road trip to you. We’re BIG Cubs fans though… Wrigley would be more than a dream!

I know your busy… one entrepreneur to another… great job! One dad to YouTube star… thanks for keeping your videos clean and kid safe!

Keep doin what you love.

-Adam

September 24, 2019

Hey Zack sorry to bother you one more time but I wanted to ask. Are you gonna be at the very last game at globe life park against the Yankees? Cause if so I would really love to meet you

-Dalton

September 24, 2019

Hey Zack,

Just watched your video from the Mets-Dodgers game that we exchanged emails about.

I was very excited to see my son's birthday banner ("It's my 6th B-Day.  Hit it here") not only in your video but also getting a shout-out.  I can't wait to show it to my kids.

It was great to meet you (even if my kids were to shy to really talk) and then to see you again last Friday at Yankee Stadium after the game.  Looking forward to seeing you at more games.  You going to any of the Mets games to close out the year?

September 23, 2019

I love you and I quant yo meat you so hard that I will fly to New York to see you. Since 2014 I have saw your videos and I probably I’m your biggest fan in the whole world. I have catch a life total of 2 balls and I have attended 4 games because i am from Guatemala. Sometimes when I’m sleeping I dream with you catching 10 balls I know that I can’t afford 1,000 dollars to pay you to wait h a game because my dad is paying everything hotel, car, food etc. I’m going to be at Philadelphia, Washington and Baltimore but I what to see you if there is a opportunity. Please please please I love you I I hope you response to my email thank you

-Santiago

September 23, 2019

Hi Zack,

I’ve been watching your videos for multiple years, and I always have loved your content. I need to credit you for most of the balls that I have caught in my life! I just want to say a big thank you for your wonderful content, and time that you have put in to making this worthwhile content.

Thanks,
Ethan Lader
(Mets fan)

September 22, 2019

Zack,

My name is Elliot, you might remember me as the guy who asked for the Indians hat months ago. I would just like to say that your videos are exceptional, and have helped me get through stressful times. Keep doing what your doing, and please do another video at Busch stadium. Go cardinals.

Sincerely,
Elliot

PS I wanted the Indians hat because the chief wahoo logo was hard to come by and it looked cool. I don’t actually like the Indians.

September 20, 2019

Zack, it was great meeting you on Wednesday. Thank you for taking the time to sign my ball for My daughter Ella. She was extremely excited to get that ball signed by you and to hear how her mother and I spent the night trying to track you down. We think it’s great what you do and how much of an impact you have on the kids. Our daughter loves baseball even more because of your videos.

Thank you,
Travis

September 17, 2019

Hey Zack,

My name is Willo, and think that when You are determined to catch a baseball you do it. you are such a roll model, and I watch all your videos. Sadly, my sister logged in my youtube account, and made a rude remark about you, so I really, really do not mean it. You're a ball catching expert, so if you have any ideas tell me because,I am going to New York soon. I am seeing a Mets game on September 28! Could you give me some tips to catch a ball? I already have 942 balls at Major league games, but I still do need some tremendous help though. I have a ball that you tossed me, [my first ball] with was your 9784. Thanks for the ideas!!

Best of Baseball,
Willo

P.S Email me back!!

September 14, 2019

September 13, 2019

Hey Zack,

It is my 6 year old’s birthday and we are going to the Mets game this Sunday versus the Dodgers (September 15th). Are you going?  He is a big fan and it would be a great birthday surprise if you were there and we got to say hi and take a picture.

Is there BP during a Sunday night game?

-Joshua

September 7, 2019

Hey Zack

Just wanted to say thank you for catching ARODs 3000. Without it I don’t think I would have ever started ballhawking and traveling around to stadiums. But not just that it’s done more for me on a personal level in terms of my mental health more than I could have ever thought.

Prior to it I was a shy unsocial individual who suffered from severe social anxiety always wanting to be alone. Now I am super social, have lots of confidence, and have been able to travel around to many stadiums. Traveling around to many stadiums I have met many amazing people mostly on the mygame balls site. Meeting many new people and interacting socially through baseball has helped me grow more then I even realized. I have also gain an amazing network of friends where prior it was basically nonexistent. I also went from being sad and depressed at times to being super happy and at the best mental state in my life than I have ever been.

Thank you

-Justin

September 3, 2019

Hi Zack, I am a massive fan of yours but because I’m from England I can’t watch that many games. Due to being a blue jays fan l watched them twice and used some techniques of yours I managed to snag 5 baseballs. I watch just about all of your videos. You are a living legend so please keep doing what you’re doing and who cares what anyone thinks about you.

Subject: Nationals Park visit - Advice for a visiting Australian fan

G'day Zack

My sons (6 and 10 years) and I are big fans and have been watching your videos for the last year or so with great admiration for your passion and how you share it with viewer and those folks you come across in your travels.

By chance I've got a very fortunate opportunity to visit the US for work with some colleagues for a couple of weeks in early September and will be buying tickets on seat geek to the Nationals v Braves game on the night of Sept 13 in DC. So happy they are playing a home game while I'm there.

Anyway, we've watched all your Nats videos which have been immensely helpful and wondering if you might be able to recommend which section to aim for a first timer at an MLB game and a big Nats fan that won't blow the budget but give us a great experience please mate? I was thinking about whether the dugout sections around 112 to 118 or 129 to 132 maybe???

I'm definitely keen to try my best Zack Hample impersonation during BP to snag a ball or few for the my boys too.

Anyway mate, hope this makes it to you and finds you well. Love the vids and channel mate and thanks so much for keeping us so entertained.

Cheers and all the best
Mic

August 21, 2019

Hey Zack,

I subscribed to you about 2 months ago. I am a Philly fan and I was wondering if you recommend the glove trick at citizens bank park. I love your video's I watch them every day. I've also commented on a couple of them.

Brendan

August 18, 2019

Dear Zack,

I recently started collecting baseballs last year so I’m pretty new to it. My collection is quite small, with only 11 baseballs but ik getting there. You might have heard from my brother, Jack, and we always go to games together. I watch your videos and always see the cool baseballs you collect. I really use to dread going to games, thinking the sport was boring, or that there was no excitement to it. But thanks to your awesome videos, and my brother enthusiasm that spreads to me, I’ve gotten a baseball at every single game I’ve gone to in the past couple months. Today, at a the Reno Aces game, I got a 20th anniversary Diamondbacks ball. Thank you for not only inspiring an 11 year old girl, but so many people around the world.

Sincerely, Solana

August 10, 2019

August 3, 2019

Hey bud just wanted to know when you might go to a AAA Redbirds game in Memphis Tennessee? My family and I can give you lodging and show you around Memphis before and after the game even pick you up from the airport if needed. Would really love to see a game with you and see how you would “play” our stadium for balls! Thanks for your time, and keep up the good work.

A long time fan,

Hello Zack,

My name is Finn and I am a very big fan of yours. I am from the philly area and I would really enjoy meeting you at a ball game. Can you please reply back when you are going to the next Phillies game. My seats are on the first base dugout. On one of your recent Phillies game videos I saw you were right near there. Please respond back dating the next time you will be there.

Sincerely,
Finn

August 2, 2019

Zack,

My name is Brian and I live currently in San Diego. No I'm not a Padres fan but I do like watching baseball. I'm a Phillies fan. I was hoping I could catch a game with you before the season ends for my birthday on September 15th. Being 30 it may seem a bit childish but I'm a kid at heart when I watch baseball. I am a twin but my brother passed away on September 26th 2018. So I feel like it would be an honor to sit down and watch a game with you. And watch you catch baseballs like you always do. I really appreciate your videos and you inspire me to set goals and motivate myself. Thank you. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you again.

Hey zack!!

I want to start off by saying I love and watch all of your great videos. You are my favorite guy out there. Anyway, is there any chance that you will be in Atlanta this week for the braves? I am here to see a game on either Thursday or Friday and i'm wondering if there is any possible chance you would be there. Keep up the great work!!

July 29, 2019

Hello Zack,

My name is Kelso, and I’m 20 years old and a fan of yours from Orange County, CA.

I recently tweeted to you, but I immediately thought it may be a smarter decision to send you an email instead.

I would love to quickly say hello to you and have you sign a baseball for me, if possible. I am just an adult fan of yours and think an autographed ball would be a great memento!

I don’t attend many games, so I don’t think I will ever randomly see you at the park, but I would love to see you once! I was wondering if you are planning on visiting San Diego, Anaheim, or Los Angeles during the remainder of this year?

I understand you may of already came this year, and i haven’t kept up much with your schedule, so that’s alright, maybe next year! However, if you are, I would greatly appreciate if you could let me know so i could catch you!

I also understand that you don’t like making your travel public because you may get bombarded by fans, but I hope you can trust that I would keep it confidential!

Thanks so much Zack! Good luck to you!

July 27, 2019

Dear Mr. Hample I’m a HUGE FAN from DC, I love the videos I will be in Las Angeles for a Dodgers Yankees game. I love the Yankees and would love to meet you there if you’ll show up. Can you please keep making videos because there. Also your a huge inspiration in my school some on in my class dressed up as you for Halloween. That was funny.

Regards, Ethan

July 24, 2019

I'm a big fan of your videos, man! I think it is great the way you keep  baseball alive with your channel. Everybody's so stuck looking at their phones and tablets that they forget how fun it is to just go to the ballpark and have a good time. I appreciate how you go across the country to entertain your fans and viewers. I'm a big Yankees fan. When are you planning to go there next? I would love to see a new video from Yankee Stadium, because BP there is legendary. Thanks for being so awesome!

P.S. Is there any way you can send me a digital autograph, because I'd absolutely love to have yours! It's number one on my bucket list, get an autograph from Zack!

Your #1 fan,
Zara

July 23, 2019

Hi Zack,

My son (Jackson) is a HUGE fan of your videos and for his summer trip he chose Milwaukee. My dad and he have a goal to see as many MLB stadiums as possible. Two years ago it was Fenway, last year Busch stadium in St Louis. This year he asked if I could go and I said sure. We got tickets to see the Braves Brewers game last Monday. We get to Miller Park early so he can watch bp. Of course we aren't season ticket holders so we had to wait until 90 minutes before the game to be allowed in. Long story short, we get in the gate and he says to me, "I'm going to be like Zack and get some baseballs.". He's 9 and I love his enthusiasm, so I said let's go. We go to the left field foul line during Braves bp and in under 90 seconds he gets a ball thrown to him by Charlie Culbertson. Boom. About 10 minutes later he sees Charlie signing autographs and runs down and gets the ball signed. Boom #2. We had seats behind the Braves dugout third base side. In the 4th inning Dansby Swanson tosses him a ball, and he says, "I've already got one, I'm going to give this to a little kid, like Zack does.". Blown away, Boom #3. Just wanted to let you know how much all of this meant to him and to me and to wish you the very best luck in everything you do. You might have a rival now!  Take care!

-Bobby

July 23, 2019

Hey Zack. A few years back you mailed me an autograph with your signature written out to my then unborn son. Well he's 3 now and he's going to his first game on August 6th at Citi Field. Any chance you're gonna be there ? It'd be really cool to get a pic for him. Thanks man. Keep being you

-Josh

July 20, 2019 (Subject: YOU NEED TO COME TO MISSISSIPPI!!!!!!!!!)

Hi Zack, I tried contacting you through Instagram but I don’t think you read it but I really think you should come to a Mississippi Braves game. One reason I think you should come is because you will be able to see some soon to be pro Braves players, and secondly I think a whole lot of people would appreciate you being here. If you read this please contact the Mississippi Braves and me because I want to know what you think about it.

Sincerely

John a big fan

Hey Zack I live in the Tampa Bay area and work for the Tampa Bay Rays. I heard you on our local sports radio station this morning. And was curious if you would be attending the game tonight. I work with our mascots DJ kitty and Raymond. We would like to offer you a ball signed. I don't know if that's something that would help with your charity or just something for your personal collection. If you are able to respond I would appreciate it. Great interview this morning and best of luck.

Hey Zack,

I’m going to a Royals game tonight, the 12th, a Cardinals game on the 15th, and a Indians game the 20th. So I was wondering if your going to be at any of those games so I could run into you and say hi.

Thanks!

-Tyler

July 11, 2019

Hi!

My son is a huge fan. He watches all of your videos and your book is his school reading.

We are going to NYC for his 13th birthday. That is his actual birthday. He’s a huge baseball fan, but Yankees are his end all be all. We live in Dallas. I’m taking him to NYC for his 13th on August 3rd. It’s a Red Sox/NYY double header that day.

Will you be in town. ?

-Lisa

July 6, 2019

Yo Zack,

I heard you are going to the all-star game. My brother just surprised me with tickets he scored. I'm psyched to mark another item off the bucket list.

No big deal, but I'd like to buy you a beer sometime between batting practice and the game. I'm sure you'll be busy otherwise, lol. Again, no big deal if you don't want to swing it, but if you're down let me know.

-Ely

July 3, 2019

Hey Zack, My name is Jordan I’m 10 Years old. My favorite thing to do is watch your videos I’ve watched everyone! I’m a huge tigers fan I’ve only caught 1 ball. Ive been to 3 MLB stadiums and 3 Minor Leauge stadiums. I want to be like you and catch more than 10,000 balls. And though your streak ended keep doing your ballhawking thing. Hopefully i will meet you one day either at comerica or i might go to Cincinnati next year and i know you love there. Hope to hear from you soon! I have a YouTube channel too!

From,
Jordan

Dear Zack,

I am a huge fan of you! My name is Noah and I’d just like to let you know that you’re a huge inspiration for me and that you bring me a lot of joy while I’m watching your videos and at baseball games. Because of you, I was able to catch a Kris Bryant BP home run! Before I saw your videos I wouldn’t have been out in left field at Comerica Park instead of by the dugout hawking autographs. And I still got his autograph afterwards! So thank you so much for giving me joy every time I watch your videos. Your the best Zack, and keep the streak alive!

June 26, 2019

Good morning Zack! We met at the Royals game on the night they played the Tigers. I still have 2 tickets for you if you would like to go on the 18th of August. The game is against the Mets and it's on the Pepsi porch. All you can eat and drink for 7 innings! Let me know! The attachment of your card is a birthday present for my son, I won it on Ebay, he is going to flip out! He watches your channel daily and we love the information that you provide! Keep up the good work!

-Tim

June 21, 2019

Just saw your Yankee Stadium video! Keep it up! It's like the Yanks are the Dodgers of the AL East and my home team of the Dbacks are the Red Sox! You should get to Chase Field very soon! Maybe the weekend of August 3! They're giving out a Chase Field haboob (sandstorm) globe. It should be a great giveaway for Instagram. Tell Ian I said hello and keep it up! Other than a baseball fan, I am a train fan as well. Attached here is a photo from Silverton, Colorado from a 2 week road trip from earlier this summer. I feel like Ian with the camera in my hand!  Go Dbacks from Arizona!

Zany baseball fan
Awesome person
Cool ball hawk!
Kind to all people

Has caught over 10,000 balls!
An amazing runner for home runs during BP
Met Mike Trout because he caught career home run #1.
Plenty of time for the fans of him.
Loves every minute of each game
Extra laughs included during games.

Stay cool, Zack! Hope I'll see you soon in person here in the Valley of the Sun!!

June 20, 2019

Hey Zack,

I hope you are well and are enjoying the 2019 season!

My name is Cameron Finlay, I’m 27 and I live in Eastbourne, England. I first started watching your videos when I visited America in 2014 whilst travelling with my girlfriend (we got married last year). During our trip, we visited a few stadiums and took in some games; AT&T, Petco Park, Wrigley Field, Fenway Park (I loved it so much I went back the next day and did the tour), Citizens Bank Park, Marlins Park and Citi Field. In previous visits, I have also been to Yankee Stadium and Chase Field.

My love for baseball started when I 6 or 7 when I visited my Auntie and Uncle in Phoenix. They took me to my first ever game; Diamondbacks vs Cubs. Sammy Sosa hit a home run and my dad came back with a ball from a store and pretended he caught it! I still have that ball! I even took it to school for show and tell and told all the kids that it was a genuine ball. It even has the MLB logo on it!

Last Christmas as a gift from my dad, he got my brother and I tickets to the London Series! I cannot wait, I’m in the outfield right next to the bullpen so I’m hoping to get lucky and snag a ball. I’m going to do loads of research about the rosters/numbers/coaches/catchers etc. I’m a PE teacher so I’m going to borrow a mitt from our kit cupboard to use and hope for an elusive game home run ball.

I just wanted to get in touch and say thank you for keeping my love of baseball alive from the other side of the pond. I love watching your videos and how passionate you are about the game and how generous you are to the kids. As a teacher and an advocate for life long love and participation of sport, you really instil that through your charity work, so I salute you for this.

With the London series coming up next week, I haven’t heard you say that you’re coming over, I know you did a Q&A in the offseason and said you’d like to but didn’t have a ticket yet. Have you got one now? If so, I’d l would love for you to sign your book and get a selfie (I read your book ‘The Baseball’ last year).

I hope to get back over soon and tick off a few more stadiums and hopefully, you get over for the London series.

Thanks and best wishes,

Cam

Hey Zack, I’m a huge fan of yours, and I love the videos. You inspired me to start catching baseballs at games that I go to. I am going to the Yankees vs. Red Sox game on August 2nd, and will be sitting in the Legends Club field level seats. I was wondering if you will be there at the game and if I could potentially say hi and maybe get a signature.

-Hayden

June 15, 2019

Hey Zack,
You were so amazing with my kids at Camden Yards, thanks for making that day so special for them.
Question: if a team plays a night game on Friday and Saturdays game has a 4pm start time, is there Bp before the game on Saturday?
Thanks again!
Dave

June 14, 2019

Hey Zack, my son is a huge fan of yourself but as we are over the pond he has never went to a baseball game. We are heading to London at the end of the month for the yankees vs Red Sox game and he wanted to know if you’ll be there. Could you let your fans over here in England know if you’ll be there?
Thank you x

May 30, 2019

Hey Zack, I'm just wondering if you could come to Nats Park on June 21st, not necessarily a Watch With Zack Game, but just get tickets. I would like to meet you and maybe you can give me tips. I'll be in the Red seats for BP and I have green and black glasses and wear a jersey with 10 and Yoseph Z, on the back. If not it's ok, maybe another time when you go and I could get tickets.
One of Your Fans,
Yoseph

May 29, 2019

Hey sir, my son wanted me to email you, we were at a game on May 22nd, curious if you had a video uploaded from that game. They both thought that they might have been in this video. We are die hard cardinals fans, we were passing thru Texas on the way to our cruise out of Galveston. They were both ecstatic to meet you. My goal is to take them to all mlb ballparks but we have quite a few to go. Wrigley was fun, Tropicana not so much, but we were at the game about 8 years ago where Estrada about threw a no hitter and Donaldson made Espn when he dove into the front row for a foul ball. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks for your time.

-Tyler

May 28, 2019

He works hard each and everyday to succeed. May 26, 2019

Hello there Zack, my name is Connor and I am 15 from an island at the top of Scotland which is 3,216 miles across the world from newyork. Since I discovered your YouTube channel a few months back I have become a major Baseball fan and a big fan of your YouTube channel. Since only being 15 this means I can not travel to America to attend a new dream of mine which is to attend a MLB Baseball match, but catching or receiving a match ball is a whole new level. I recently have started collecting some baseball's but they don't mean anything as they weren't used in a match or batting practice, they are just replica Baseball's. I would love meet you in the future as you are one of my idols and I would like to start catching Baseballs like you. Do you have any tips on how to get a match Baseball/ autographed Baseball/ Zack Hample Baseball ?

Kind regard Connor

May 24, 2019

Hi Zack,

My name is Joann. I have a 15 year old son in 9th who LOVES you! He watches all of your YouTube videos daily. Every time we go to a Yankee game he wishes he could meet you.

On April 16, 2019 his world changed. He was playing varsity baseball for his high school team. Although he is their first place starter, it was the last inning of the game and they were getting crushed and the coach wanted to give a senior who also plays first a chance to play. His coach put him in right field which he seldom plays. The first hit was a lazy fly ball to right field, he was tracking it and at the last minute the sun hit his eyes and when he turned his head the ball hit him in the temple bringing him to his knees. He tried getting up but he fell again. My husband drove his car onto the field and was on his way to a local hospital when he began vomiting. He pulled over and called 911 and waited for an ambulance. That decision saved his life. The ambulance took him to Stonybrook hospital because it is a trauma center and when he arrived he was in a coma. They intubated him right away and  CT showed a massive brain bleed. He was minutes if not seconds away from dying. After a 4 hour surgery and a craniotomy with 60 staples to his head he was in the icu in critical condition. According the the Neuro Surgeon the ball hit his temporal bone which sliced an artery causing as he explained one of the largest brain bleeds he had ever seen. He said he would have a long recovery, possibly having to learn how to walk and talk again. But that’s not how it ended.

The minute we realized how severe his injury was, we put a call out to our church and through his school and on Facebook. Their were thousands of people praying for him. God heard our prayer!! When they removed his breathing tubes he was talking and walking the next day. They said he suffered a class 3 concussion and would have headaches possibly for the rest of his life. He hasn’t had a headache since being discharged from the hospital. Other than having a massive scar on his head (were praying his hair will cover it) he’s back to his old self. He doesn’t know this but his Surgeon said that he shouldn’t play anymore contact sports. That is going to break his heart. He is the biggest baseball fan I’ve ever met. Not just his beloved Yankees but all baseball. I was sitting doing my morning reading and he came in and said hey mom do you want to see one of Zack’s YouTube videos. He said he wished he knew when you were going to another Yankees game so that he could meet you. So here I am. Writing to you in the hopes of making that a reality. There’s not to much that he is able to do right now because of his injury but a Yankees game is not one of them. So would it be possible to find out when you were going to your next Yankees game? Thank you so much for taking time to read this email.

-Joann

May 23, 2019

Hi Zack,

I watch all of your videos. I want to thank you for teaching me how to catch baseballs. I am going on a baseball trip with my dad over the summer to a couple MLB stadiums. I am studying your tape of the stadiums to learn how to catch at least on baseball at each stadium. I also watch to see the amazing places in each stadium that a fan can get to. I made a cup trick to get the baseballs that are unreachable.

Sincerely,
Eitan

May 23, 2019

Dear Zack,
I'm one of your biggest fans and I have watched your videos all the time! How many lifetime total balls do you have? I know you're a New York fan (I think) but I'm a big Red Sox fan. I am 11 years old and I live in New Hampshire. I just wanted to write a quick fan letter to you. Please answer as fast as you can.
Thank you.
From your biggest fan,
Ben

May 22, 2019

Hello,

My son Noah is a HUGE fan! He talks about you everyday. We are from Cleveland, Ohio so our first trip to Progressive field this year we followed his lead at batting practice and he got a ball!  Noah is wondering what your 2019 schedule is or if you even have a partial schedule for June?

Noah has an ultra rare genetic disorder called WAGR syndrome. He is legally blind, and has some significant health issues.  Baseball season is the highlight of his year and he spends most evenings, even in the off season, watching your YouTube channel.  Thank you for your enthusiasm for the game! It makes all the difference with my son, and I am sure many others.

Jenn Gromek
Mom to Noah, age 9

May 22, 2019

Dear Mr.Hample,

I know that you are very busy and dont know when you will be at certain stadiums and places, but do you know when you will be visiting National Park? I am a huge fan and have been watching for years I own 2 of your books and have used your strategies by wearing a pirates hat at a nats pirates game and I actually got a ball. Love your vids and you personality. Tell Ian and Maria I say hi lol.

Sincerely, Felix

May 22, 2019

Dear Zack,

I’m a huge fan of yours and the Astros and I know you’re  going to Minute Maid Thursday (tomorrow) but are you going to go on Friday because I’m going to that game!?

Your fan,
Alex

My name is Tyler and I have been watching your videos for about a year! I was just wanting to say keep up the great work!

From,

May 21, 2019

Hey Zack its LuAnn's son Will just want to ask you a quick question I read the passage about how to send you stuff to autograph on your website but just want ask you if its ok to send you stuff to autograph and also I watch every single one of your videos its an honor to talk to you I would love to send you a baseball to autograph if that's ok with you. When I went to my first MLB game on my birthday I snagged 2 baseballs and got 3 autographs by Mychal Givens, Dan Straily, and Boog Powell. it was too crowded on the Yankees side so I was mad that I didn't get autographs from the Yankees but I got a close up at Luis Cessa. I was mad there was no BP. My favorite player of all time is Jose Reyes. My favorite team is the Mets. I really hope to meet you one day.

-Will

May 19, 2019

Hi Zack,

I know you’re a busy man so I’m going to keep this short. My name is Ryan and I’m a big fan of your videos. I know it’s 11 days away but want to be the 1st to welcome you to Baseballtown home of the Reading Fightin Phils. I’m hoping to go to the game on Thursday the 30th and if your looking for something insane to eat at the game I highly suggest the Churger located in the grand stand. It’s a grilled chicken and a cheeseburger put together in-between a hamburger bun.

May 16, 2019

Zack are you going to the 2019 Mlb all star weekend in cleveland I love what you do and I watch all of your vids. keep it up go Zack.

-Graceson

May 16, 2019

Hey Zack,

I live in Texas and I love your videos.

Do you have any tips on how to get balls at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington (Globe Life Park) I have always dreamed of meeting you and I hope I see you at a rangers game soon. I have an 5 game streak and 15 lifetime balls including a  2019 Globe life park final season ball and 2011 ALCS foul ball. I hope you get this and respond if you read it. PS: have you made a video on how to make the cup trick?

Sincerely,
Brian F.

May 16, 2019

Good afternoon Zack,

We are huge fans! We are very interested in a watch with zack. My name is Jonny and I live in Chicago. Me and a few of my friends are willing to buy a “watch with zack” but we live in Chicago. We would prefer to watch a game at the great Guaranteed Rate  field. It doesn’t really matter where we go we just want to hang out with you. You are our favorite YouTuber. Can you email us the date when you come to Chicago. Thank you and I’m excited to meet you!

Love, Jonny

May 15, 2019

May 12, 2019

Hi Zack,

I wanted to say greetings from Southern California. I am 11 years old, and I don't even play baseball. I have loved your videos for years now (I have liked all of your videos on Youtube). Last year, I got the chance to meet you at Angel Stadium, and I hope that we can cross paths again this year. Love your content and keep the good things rolling!

Thank you for all that you do.

From,
Matthew (92 career baseballs, including Albert Pujols' 599th HR)

May 12, 2019

Hey Zack,

I'll start off just saying how big of a fan I am of yours... and have been for years. I'm not expecting a return e-mail as I know how popular/busy you are. I am currently stationed at Fort Bragg, NC and I hope you don't have a bad taste in your mouth about this place because all my friends who are baseball loving soldiers, love you. Thanks for the AMVETS donation by the way. You are an amazing steward of the game. I'll be trying to save up to be able to do a 'Watch with Zack' game hopefully in the next year or two as I have my leave days saved up.

I look forward to continuing to watch you as you approach 11K.

All the best,
Alex

May 12, 2019

Omg man I'm such a huge fan and I've been watching your videos for as long as I can remember and I'm a huge a huge baseball fan and I've been playing and following baseball my entire life and I've always wished of meeting you and going to a major league game with you but I've always feared since I live in Australia it would never happen and I'd really appreciate if we could communicate to maybe someday go to a game together. I'm 16 years old and I live in Victoria Australia and my big dream other than go to a game with you is to go to any baseball field and hit around some baseballs for a while and I hope you respond to this, keep up the good work and someday I'll be fundraising for pitch in for baseball as well.

Kind regards,
Oliver

May 11, 2019

Hi Zack my name is Maddie, I am a big fan of you! I was wondering when will be the next time you are down in Boston for a Red Soxs game? I really am hoping sometime I see you there and can say hi. I hope to see you sometime good luck!

May 10, 2019

Our 8 year old son Davis is a big fan of your YouTube channel/videos.  We are taking him to an Orioles game at the end of this month and he wants to attend batting practice so he can try to get a ball like you.  Do you have any suggestions on where to stand so he can try to get a ball at Camden during batting practice?

Keep up the good work.  It’s nice that he can watch your videos and we don’t have to worry about them not being “kid friendly” or hearing bad language, etc. It’s also nice that he sees you give balls away and be generous with other fans.

Thanks!

Noelynn

May 9, 2019

Just a quick note, my son, Will (13 and in middle school) is a faithful YouTube follower. This year we were able to take him to his 1st MLB game. We live in VA so we opted for Baltimore/Camden Yards. It was a rather quick trip, just went up on a Saturday, caught some sites & the Sunday afternoon game.  What a thrill it was for him to see everything in action.

I must say that he did learn a lot of his “stadium manners” from you. I thank you!  My husband and I are older parents and a lot of times, my husband doesn’t spend as much time with Will as I would like. I work 3 jobs and have Multiple Sclerosis, so sometimes my body takes a toll.  Anyway, one day Will was showing me one of your “postings?/blogs?” (Sorry, I’m not too sure what you call your posts). I noticed that you were wearing a Guilford College shirt!!

My dad went to Guilford many, many, many years ago. Actually his sister and her husband (my aunt & uncle) are/were great supporters to Guilford. I couldn’t help thinking what a small world it is.  I thank you for bringing such fun and goodness to young people like my Will.

LuAnn

May 8, 2019

Hey Zack this is Nick I am a big fan of what you do I was wondering if you will be able to go see a at home Detroit Tigers game on May 18 and I would appreciate if you did because it’s me and my Mom’s birthday

May 7, 2019

Hey Zack,

Just wanted to say that your videos literally make me smile and I consider them a high part of my day. I think that your connection between you and your fans is better than any other person. You share just enough of your life on your website that you seem like a friend to everyone. Spending just a few hours scrolling through the faq and pictures and lists was really cool in my opinion. Keep up the amazing videos and say hi to Ian for me.

From,
Ian

Go Padres!

May 7, 2019

Hey Zack,  My name is Steven , I emailed you a while ago, but I just want to to say thanks again. I was wondering if you were going to the MLB game in Omaha.  I would love to meet my favorite you tuber. You should go to a college world series game to. Those are super fun too. Thanks for all of your videos. I will be looking forward to the next video.

Steven

P.S. That Trout bat is so sweet.

May 7, 2019

Hey there Zack,
First off, I am a huge fan of your videos. I too am a huge baseball fanatic but I don’t really get to many games, since my favorite team plays on the other side of the United States. I am e-mailing you to ask you if you will be in DC in late July for the Dodgers @ Nationals game? I would love to get a chance to meet you and possibly get a signature on a ball or something. Just let me know whenever you can.
Thanks,
Hayden

May 7, 2019

Hey Zack,
If you’re still at the Toronto series tomorrow, would be really cool to meet you.  Emailed you when I was younger and got some great tips and snagged some baseballs.
Longtime fan,
Hope to see you,
Alex

May 4, 2019

Hey, Zack, my name is Michael and I'm a huge fan of yours but still haven't met you yet. I live in Michigan so my question is when do you think you might be in Michigan?

May 3, 2019

Hey brotha I’m in the military currently stationed in Hawaii I was in San Diego a few weeks back and I figured I’d go see my first baseball game ever which was angels vs rangers and I caught Albert poujls first home fun of the season at my first game and all I could think was how cool it would be to tell you about how I used your tips to get it I got to meet mike trout and he signed some of my stuff and I got to have a full blown conversation with him and I went to 3 of the games I’ve been watching all of your videos and honestly man it would be an honor to get something signed by you one day if I got to meet you thank you so much for everything and god bless bro

May 1, 2019

Hi Zack,

This is Philip's mom, Alyssa. Philip told me I could reach out. Thanks so much for your kind exchange with him. Philip is a HUGE fan so this is really exciting.

We would love to plan a Watch With Zack to celebrate Philip's upcoming 12th birthday. We would want to go to Yankee Stadium. We can be flexible about the dates, though we are aiming for late August or sometime during September. Does that by chance work for you?

Would you mind sharing with me the relevant details such as pricing and what is included?

Philip's dad and I both appreciate and enjoy your videos and it was fun to meet you once at a game. We would come along with Philip. Philip's sister Penelope (13) would come too.

Thanks very much again and looking forward to hearing from you.

My best,
Alyssa

Hey Zack! I only recently stumbled across your channel and the storied mythos you carry in the baseball world after the Japan Series last month. I've now seen too many of your videos and consider myself a legitimate fan. I truly appreciate all that you do for baseball fans, young and old.

If you ever need anything at all the next time you're in Oakland or SF, please let me know and I'll do my best to help.

Keep up the great work.

-Drake

Zack,

A big congratulations on finally getting a bat from Mike, he is also my favorite active MLB player...I am so happppy for you! I hope to see you in Baltimore this year for the Angels series. I'm also going to see Guerrero Jr. at Camden in June...

Congratulations!
Sincerely, Clint

April 29, 2019

Dear Zack,

I apologize for filling your inbox, but I saw how many people have emailed you in the past expressing their appreciation for you, and I wanted to do the same. Also with all the ignorant comments in regards to those defending A-Rod, I hope this message makes your day a bit better.

I’m a pretty big fan. My mom and I went to the All-Star FanFest and I thought the chances of me seeing you were slim. Sure enough, I spotted you and even stopped by to take a picture. I doubt you remember, but I’m 100% sure I was the only Asian girl that approached you with a Mets cap, and Max Scherzer 2017 All-Star T-shirt.

We don’t hit as many parks as you do in a single season, but we just visited our 13th ballpark, Miller Park, over spring break. I thoroughly enjoy the content you post on your Youtube channel, and you’re the reason why I have an even greater appreciation for baseball. I think I obsess over it too much, in fact, to an extent that I made an additional Twitter account to rant on about any and all baseball related matters. I don’t plan on competing with anyone for BP homerun balls anytime soon, but maybe at some point I’ll see you around at a ballgame. After all, I only have 17 more to go!

Congrats on the Mike Trout signed bat!

Sincerely,
Paige

April 29, 2019

hey Zack my name is Aidan and I am a really big fan of yours. I am from Toronto and I have watched all of your videos on your youtube channel no kidding. I am going to Miami to go visit my aunt and cousin and we are going to see a marlins game against the mets. I am cheering for the mets but I was just wondering if you would like to come with me. We will also buy you a ticket. I also play for a competitive team in my city the North Toronto A’s. I would love to see you in person. I am also subscribed to your channel. I hope you get back to this email!

Hi Mr. Hample! I'm 11 and live in Hawaii. I am sending out an envelope soon, and I wanna get a ball signed. The only problem is that I'm 11 and cant go to the post office. I have included 10 dollars in Hope's of paying for shipping with that, along with a ball. I really wish I could, but I understand if you cant. I also included a picture of you and Mr. Trout, that I was hoping you could also sign! It would be a dream if you could sign both and get them back to me! I've been your biggest fan since I downloaded YouTube, and I always will be. Thanks so much! From, Micah

April 27, 2019

Hi Zack,
My name is Anthony and I just wanted to say thank you. You have inspired me to love baseball even more than I did before. I love going to Dodgers games even though I live in Pennsylvania. But when I can I do go to dodger games. My first ever baseball from a MLB game/player was from Austin Barnes in Washington, D.C. From that day on I’ve been trying to catch baseballs and go to every stadium in the US just like you. Thank you so much for everything!
Sincerely,
Anthony
P.S.: Will you be going to the Dodgers game in Pittsburgh on Memorial Day weekend and if you are I would love to meet you.

April 27, 2019

Hey Zack...

I just wanted to reach out to you to thank you for the impact you have made on me. I used to hate baseball, as I believed it was “boring” and “slow”. However, after coming across your videos sometime in 2016, I realized how much I wanted to go to batting practice. I caught my first ever ball last year (my first time going to BP) and I’ve been going to games ever since. Now, I’ve been to 4 MLB parks, I’ve obtained 14 baseballs, and my family now owns season tickets at Petco Park. I just wanted to express my appreciation for what you do and your influence on the many who have taken up this passion.

Thanks so much,
Jack V.

P.S. I would love to know when you will be at a Padres game this year :)

April 25, 2019

Hey Zack,

My kids, Xavier and Jayden are HUGE fans! I was wondering if I can purchase 2 autographed baseballs from you made out to each of my kids? They would be stoked! I can PayPal you the funds or mail a check. Just let me know what the price would be for 2 autographed baseballs and the shipping fee to Houston.

Kind Regards,
Daniel

April 25, 2019

Hey Zack, big fan, love your videos. I want to send you a ball I caught earlier this year for you to sign it. Im from Canada, and was wondering how this works - Can I send a self addressed box containing the ball, or do I need to included a second box for you to send it back in.

Thanks for your time, and enjoy the rest of the season!

-Tyler

I was wondering if you were thinking in advance and were going to this game. If not, no problem. I just wanted to know so I can plan on meeting such a good person there. If you already have other plans, don't worry about it at all. Here is a few details about the game if you are interested.

Date: Saturday, May 18th
Game: Toronto Blue Jays @ Chicago White Sox
Time: 1:10pm CDT
Field: Guaranteed Rate Field
City: Chicago, IL
Section: 102

Have a great day Zack and keep inspiring others and do what you do despite the haters because it is SO COOL and I wish I could be like you.

Have a great day!

Hi Zack!!

I am a HUGE fan, and watched like every video that you ever made! I think that what you do is awesome, and I LOVE it!! I was wondering if you are going to be at the Mets Phillies game this Monday and Tuesday? It would be awesome to see you there! Also... do you sell your balls or baseball cards or anuthing, cause I would love to buy something! It would be sick to have something like that! Would I be able to send you something in the mail to sign for me? That would be so cool if possible! And by the way your new website is AWESOME!!! You're the GOAT! Let me know. Thanks!!!!!!

Hey Zack. I enjoy watching your videos as I’m a huge baseball fan and collector of baseball items. I am also one of the biggest sports memorabilia framers on the east coast. I watched your house tour and saw the signed arod Jersey. I wanted to reach out to you and offer you my services of framing it for you. I don’t want anything in return, just my way of saying thanks for the great videos and knowledge on being in the right spot at the right time. I’m in central New Jersey, so not to far away. If you are interested in having it framed feel free to reach out to me to set something up. Again thanks for the great YouTube videos. Take care.

April 17, 2019

Hi Zack,

I want to thank you because a couple of months ago, I emailed you asking for suggestions on where to sit in the Oakland Coliseum and you very nicely replied. The sections that you suggested paid off because I caught a Khris Davis foul ball (my first foul ball catch ever).  Once again I want to thank you and keep doing what you’re doing.

Thanks again,
Jack

April 11, 2019

Hi Zack, I’m Drew
I am a huge fan of you Zack. You have inspired me to go catch baseballs at games. I watch every single video. I was watching the game when you caught Bryce Harpers home run. I got the pleasure of meeting you last year at Progressive Field. I hope to see you again soon. My first post on instagram was you and me. I hope to become a ballhawk like you one day. Can you plssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss shout me out and tell me when you are going to Progressive again it would be amazing. I hope I meet you again.

Sincerely, Drew

April 11, 2019

Hey Zack,
I have been a huge fan since you first started uploading ballhawking videos back in 2012 and 2013, I was around 10 at the time. After watching your videos, I have actually gotten into watching games in person with a chance of catching a ball for myself. Seeing my first game with the knowledge of your videos, I would go home with my first baseball! My local team, the Triple A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels, the Salt Lake Bees of the Pacific Coast League, had one policy, only season ticket holders had the ability of early access prior to the gates opening an hour before game time. Doing whatever it takes to see batting practice my dad and I have invested in season tickets ever since. I had hoped to contact you about making it to Salt Lake for game or two, and if my memory is correct, you replied to a comment of mine about the very same question, you would 'keep the offer in mind'. I would love to meet you in person, and would hope if you could make it around Salt Lake City sometime during the season.

Please see if you can make some time for a game in Utah, and we can hook you up with some BP action! Thank you so much for taking the time to read my message.

-Sam

April 9, 2019

Hello there Zack! My name is Eric and I love your enthusiasm for the greatest game on earth. I was wondering when you might be making to Detroit for a Tigers game? If you are ever in town it would be great to meet you and take you to a game. Keep up the awesome work!

Sincerely,
Eric

April 9, 2019

Thanks Zack I love your videos and you inspired me to just be a even better baseball fan. You may or may not have seen the saddest little cardinal video. Long story short it got deleted but there are still copies (the original was approaching 7 million views). But yah so. Your a great role model and I love your vids keep uploading and PLAY BALL.

April 9, 2019

Hi Zack, my name is Donovan and I am a big baseball fan. I have never got the oppertunity to go to a MLB game only college and Minor league. You are my favriote youtuber ever. May you please reply.

P.S. My favriote baseball player is Mike Tryout.

Sincerely,
Donovan

April 8, 2019

Hey!!! My name is Isaac and I'm 11 years old. I love watching your youtube videos. I love baseball and always amaze my friends at school because I know so much baseball stats. I love the Mets and live in Florida so I barely go to Met games. As a result, I go to a lot of Marlins games. ( I know. The marlins are bad) I just want to know if you are going to any Marlins games this season because I go to a lot of games and would love to meet you. Maybe I can even get some tips from you. I don't have a lot of experience and maybe you can help. I did catch a Jose Altuve foul ball in Spring Training and a Stanton home run in batting practice in Atlanta. I also have many autographs including Stanton, Noah Syndergard, David Wright, Brodie Van Wagenen. Those are among my great autographs but the best one would be from you. I get my autographs from Spring Training in Florida when the Mets come down. That's a tip for you. LOL!!!! I hope to speak to you and see you soon. It would be extremely nice if you can maybe email me back or maybe send me a little something like an autograph because you influence me to go to even more baseball games and catch baseballs. My address is [redacted]. Thanks!!!

From,
Isaac

April 7, 2019

Hey Zack, I’m Mordy, a teen from Chicago, I really love all your videos. I’m subscribed and watch all of them. I’ve caught over 150 baseballs and I don’t think any of them would’ve happened without your inspiration. I recently checked out your new website and it’s awesome. Anyway I love snagging balls at wrigley, miller park, and guaranteed rate. I’ve always wanted to meet you and get a picture. If It’s not too much to ask, is it possible to tell me when you’re going to be at guaranteed rate this season?

April 7, 2019

I live in Boston, saw you at one game and you were the nicest man on earth! Hope to see you again!

April 5, 2019

Hi Zack I am a HUGE fan of yours I watch all of your videos and they make my dad better every time I watch them now matter how bad of a mood I’m in my father and I are going to the braves vs the Phillies for the July 2nd 3rd and 4th game because I want to go back to my home town of Atlanta and I want to see my FAVORITE PLAYER Bryce Harper who him and I actually have the same birthday so I’m going to make a sign and try to get his attention and I figure why not email my favorite YouTuber so I did and I was wondering if you are going to attend any of those three games and if we could meet up please email me back,

April 4, 2019

Hi Zack,

I just wanted to reach out and say thanks for keeping your awesome hobby alive. I am a huge fan of BP and watching players hit before games, I've only caught about 25 baseballs in my life but I'm still young and I'm hoping to keep it going. Regardless of what anyone says, I think its awesome that you keep the streak alive and do what makes you happy. I appreciate you giving baseballs away to kids because its a small but huge gesture for a kid to be apart of the action. Anyone who bashes the hobby just doesn't understand. The rush of catching a ball is unparalleled to almost anything else (I haven't had a lot of huge life milestones yet but cmon, Baseball is life). Hopefully I see you out one day at Miller Park (soon to be AmFam Field).

Thanks!
Nicholas

April 4, 2019

Hi zack I’m a new viewer and thought I would reach out and ask if you would be attending the sf-NYY series in sf on April 26-29. If you do could you please tell me a general area you would be at I’d like to meet. If I don’t hear back I understand. Have a good day and many blessing this year bud!

Best regards
Billy

April 4, 2019

Hey Zack I’m a huge fan and would love to meet you. I’m from Cincinnati so I frequently attend Reds games and I was just wondering if you have anything planned in Cincinnati in the upcoming months. Also congrats on the Harper ball the other day! I look forward to hearing back from you.

Best Regards,
Matthew

Hey Zack! Will you be at the Mets game Saturday? I’m a really big fan and I was hoping to meet you!

-Luke

April 3, 2019

Hey man, I’ve been seeing all the negativity toward you lately, and I just want to say that all the “Bully” and “Taking away from kids” stuff is so unfair. There is no mention of all the balls you give away to kids, or the kindness you show with autographs and pictures. I can say first hand that you are the furthest from mean spirited! You make going to the ballpark so much better/fun for everyone who has crossed paths with you. Your YouTube content is entertaining and kid-friendly. How you’ve been labeled as a bad guy is beyond me. Keep doing your thing, man! Hopefully we see you again this year in Canada! Real fans know what’s up.

-Ty

April 2, 2019

March 25, 2019

Well Damn!

I just watched your Tokyo video and I am amazed about how much I miss your videos. I feel like this may be a dumb email, but I just appreciate what you’re doing for Youtube and MLB. We have exchanged emails before and you probably don’t remember me, but I would always like to meet you. I’m a big Red Sox fan and go to a fair amount of Red Sox games every year. If you do end up at Fenway this year, could you maybe put something that you’re going on one of your social media stories? I hope to meet up with you someday, and keep doing what you’re doing, I love what you’re doing for this world!! You have no idea how much you influence everyone in the baseball and Youtube communities. Thanks Zack for taking the time out of your busy life to look at this!!

Thanks,
Jack

March 24, 2019

Hey Zack I would just like to say you are my role model and I love what you do! I have watched your videos for the longest time and hope one day I can meet you and talk in person and maybe even get an autograph. You are awesome and I play baseball and I don’t even think I’ve caught as many baseballs as you have😂 by the way let’s go Braves! They have got a good line up this year and I hope everything goes well. Once again you are awesome and you are the best person ever! I love your videos! Keep up the good work! If you want to message me back on something else my instagram is [redacted] and if you want to write a letter to me my address is [redacted]. Once again you are awesome and I love your videos and maybe one day I’ll get to meet you but thanks for reading this.

March 22, 2019

Hey Zack,

Been watching your videos for years! Awesome stuff, man. Wanted to say Good luck this 2019 season! And also, will you have any new promo codes for SeatGeek this season?

Thanks!
Joseph

March 21, 2019

Dear Zack,

I just had to email you and say you are the smartest, inspirational, funniest and all around best ball hawk in the world! I have been a die hard Royals fan sense 2014, and by now I am in 6th grade and I am starting to appreciate more then just royals, I like baseball in general. I used to think of all the other teams as crap until I started watching your videos. You changed what baseball was for me. So thank you. But of course I am a busy kid so I still go to royals games but when I go I think differently, I just appreciate the guys on the field more then ever. I had a few more questions. I don’t know if you are this far out but, are you going to the royals game vs twins series over 4/2 and 4/3 because the 3rd is by birthday and that would make my day if I saw you there. It would be a very quiet game as it is a Wednesday and there are no tours. However there is no royals batting practice that fans can get into because of no early bird.

Thanks you for all that you do to influence baseball, ball hawking and me personally.

Thanks!
Ian

March 19, 2019

Hi Zack! I’m a fan from Indiana (still waiting for that MLB team). I have tons of favorite moments from you videos. I love every single one of them. I was wondering if you would ever come to an MiLB game in Indy. I know it’s a stretch, and I’m not asking you to come, but if you were to take up an Indians game, I would be very happy. The Indians provide the best food, cleanest stadium, and most amazing experience in the MiLB. If you are having trouble picking a date, I would recommend June 1st.  I don’t want to waste anymore of your time! You have videos to make and baseballs to catch!

From, Evan

March 19, 2019

I’ve been watching since you had about 30k subs and I really enjoy your videos. I started ballhawking myself and caught my first game home run (hit by Giancarlo Stanton). You have gotten me more interesting in baseball. If I were to send you a copy of your book would you be able to sign it? I know you don’t know your schedule yet, but if you are in Cincinnati this year I would love to meet you. Thank you for making great videos.

-Nick

March 16, 2019

I know you possibly won't read this until after the Japan series between the Athletics and the Mariners, but I want you to know that you are not only the greatest YouTubers ever, but one of the greatest baseball YouTubers ever. Ballhawking is so cool, especially when you do the glove trick. It's impressive that it can do it. I live in the Phoenix, Arizona area and I am a die-hard Diamondbacks fan, as you can see. I have 4 baseballs already, but 3 of them aren't official MLB balls. One has the Rawlings logo, but it's a high school baseball that I found not too long ago and has a "Perfect Game" stamp.

The official ball is from the 20th anniversary of the Dbacks this past year. I was close to catching a home run that made it to the Dbacks bullpen on the 3rd base side of Chase Field once last season. My goal is to get to all 30 MLB stadiums as well too. I've seen Chase Field, Angel Stadium in passing, and Petco Park as well in passing. It's so cool that you are the record holder for Arkanoid. Keep up the good work on it. Here's to a great season, Zack!!

Hi Zack,

My family members are all avid followers of your YouTube channel. We're Lisa (my wife), Lennon (my son), and myself (Doug). We've met a few times on the road at various parks.

Winter has sucked here big time and we're bored and miss baseball so we've been doing re-runs of your YouTube channel vids to stay sane.

So we had a couple questions maybe for your next q/a vid.

- why don't you wear sunglasses at games? It'd be healthier for your eyes and if you a nice pair of polarized shades you might pick up the ball better (it's helped me).

- would you / have you considered featuring more vegan food in your ballpark vids?

- how did you adhere all of the magazine covers to your walls? Glue?

Anyways, keep up the good work please and thanks for the FUN. I mean that. You bring fun into our lives and it's appreciated.

Cheers,
Doug, Lisa, and Lennon

March 14, 2019

Hey Zack!

I’m a huge fan. I’m from Meridian, Mississippi and I was wondering if you ever go to college baseball games. My favorite college, Mississippi State University, just built a brand new park that’s probably nicer than some AAA parks. It’s got apartments in left field! Anyway, I’m wondering because it would be great if you found some time to come to a game down here. I know your schedule is packed, but I promise you won’t regret it! Keep up the good work!

Thanks,
Harris

March 14, 2019

Dear Zack,

through the thousands of emails you get everyday i doubt you will see this. but if you do thank you for taking time out of your busy day to do so. recently i’ve been in really bad spot and wanted to take my life away at only age 15. everything’s been really bad but i love baseball always have and always will. and i’m an old subscriber but when i’m down i turn on your videos new or old even if they have been watched before. no matter the video it always makes me smile and cheer me up for having you express your love for the game. thank you for being the best you tuber out there.

much love, ramsey

Me and my dad go to Globe Life Park and we live here in Dallas but originally we are from Puerto Rico and it was amazing when we saw your video when you went to Puerto Rico, I was wondering, now that the season is right around the corner, is there a possibility that you might travel this year to Dallas? I know is a personal question and all but if so, it would be nice to take a picture with you and say Hello, if you are coming, will you let me know?

Hi Zack,

I am a 16 year old from Pittsburgh and am a die-hard Pirates fan. I love baseball and played it all my life. I have been watching your videos for years and cannot believe that someone can have gotten 10,000 baseballs, including Trouts first home run, and A-Rods 3000 home run hit, along with a big bat collection.

I have been going to Pirates games for years (although I can never seem to get a ball) and I also love getting close to the players and getting in as early as I can for batting practice.

I’m just writing this to say how much of a fan I am of you, and I hope to finish high school well and go to college in Pittsburgh so I can spend my summers at PNC Park and get as many baseballs as I can too.

It would mean a lot if you would answer this email, or at least read it, but if not best of luck for the 2019 season!!!

Lets go bucs!!!

Hi Zack,
I LOVE your videos and sadly I’m not allowed to do a watch with Zack game but I was wondering if you could tell me your strategies of trying to catch a ball because I want one REALLY bad but I’v never got one. Also, when you go to different parts of the outfield do you need to buy extra tickets to try and catch balls there or do they just let you in? It would be really cool if a famous baseball caching superstar like you could email me in real life and not just my dreams (haha). It would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
Your biggest fan,
Murray

Im willing to pay a fee. Nothing special just a picture any time during the game if you happen to be at any of the above. If thats something you are interested in, let me know fee and what game. Thank you very much.

Hey Zack,

What's up? My name is Jacob and I am a senior in high school in Ohio, about an hour from Cincinnati. I met you at a Reds game back in June 2017 when the Dodgers came to Cincy and Pete Rose was inducted into the Reds Hall of Fame. My senior year is just about coming to an end, and I plan to attend college this fall. I have already been accepted, admitted, and offered direct admission into the School of Communication under the Journalism major at The Ohio State University. I want to become sportswriter and journalist.

As I stated, my senior year is almost done. My senior class will be taking our senior trip to New York City the weekend of March 21-24. We will be seeing the Statue of Liberty, the 9/11 Memorial, the Empire State Building, and Times Square among other places throughout the weekend. Our class will be divided up into groups of about ten people, and in my group, there are several varsity baseball players, including me! We watch your videos and attend Cincinnati Reds and Dayton Dragons baseball games quite frequently, and I thought it would be a wonderful opportunity if we had the chance to meet you. If you have any interest or free time at any point March 22, 23, or 24, we would love to meet you in your home city of New York.

I do understand that your schedule is intense, and you just may be returning from Japan, as Seattle and Oakland open the season just around that time, so meeting you in NYC just may not be able to happen. However, I would love if I could receive some advice about the city of New York. I have never been to "the city that never sleeps," so as a student tourist and someone who aspires to become a sportswriter, could you provide me with some of your favorite spots in the city? We are scheduled to have some time to explore the city within my group, and I am wondering if there are any sports organizations that have buildings accessible to the public, like MLB headquarters and Topps headquarters. Are there any food places you recommend? Are there any sites that you believe a young writer should know of and visit in New York City, like the New York Times building or any other news media chain? Any information would be greatly, greatly appreciated. I look forward to making a life memory in a few weeks, and I would love to make the most of it.

Good luck this season on chasing more baseballs for your collection! I am looking forward to watching more of your videos and seeing what you explore. I just checked the signed ball you signed for me in Cincinnati, and I met you back when you were at 9,793 baseballs. Absolutely astounding.

Thank you very much!

-Jacob

Hey Zack! Thanks soooooooo much for the awesome videos. I have a question: What is the best food to get at Fenway park? I'm going their in July so I just wanted to know what to eat there. Thanks Zack, keep being awesome.

From, Ben

March 5, 2019

Dear Zack,

My son Ben is a big fan of yours and we both follow you on twitter. Ben bought your book and we've seen you twice, once at Camden Yards and the other at Yankee stadium. He has used some of your techniques from the book to get baseballs from players including wearing an Orioles jersey to get a toss-up from Jonathon Schoop in Yankee Stadium. He is being Bar Mitzvahed at the end of March and would be very appreciative if you could send a quick video greeting to him to use in the montage, nothing fancy, just a shout out on his big day sent back to this email address, to surprise and delight him. In advance, thank you for your time, as I know you're very busy.

Regards,
Russ

Hello there,

I was curious if you would sell one of the 100 year balls for Fenway Park. I am deploying to Afghanistan in 5 days and would love to have it with me and then give it to my daughter once I get back. Keep posting vids and I will watch you increase your numbers. Maybe once I get back next March if you are ever in Texas I would love to meet up. Thanks Brian

Greetings Zack,

I’ve been following you for about 3 years, it was the off-season after the Royals won the World Series when I was watching videos of fans catching foul balls. I then saw a documentary on the 3,000 hit by A-Rod. I proceeded to look you up and after that I was hooked. The following season I started going to a bunch of games. I then decided last year to go to every major league stadium, my brother also is doing this. We went to an ALCS in Boston (we are from Illinois), and I snagged my first ball after 26 games. I recently booked a flight with my entire family to go to Oakland and San Francisco. You’ve in a weird way united us through baseball.

Thanks for encouraging me to go to the ball park,
Erick

Zack. Greetings from Hamburg Germany! I found your Channel a couple of months ago and I Love it! Why? Well, let me Start in the nineties. I grew up watching all the Baseball movies in TV when I was Young. Sandlot, Field of Dreams, Major League etc. and just loved the movies and the game. But I lost touch with the Sport after a Few years, because it is not a very popular Sport Here in Germany and it was hard to follow without Internet in the late 90s/early 00's.

BUT

I got in touch with baseball again. Thanks to you and your Channel. Keep up the good Work, man.

Greetings from Hamburg, Germany.

-Daniel

Zack,

Let me begin by telling you how much of a fan of yours I am. I watch all of the videos that you put out religiously and have opened my own catalog of baseballs that I have accumulated.

Of course, I am sure that you get many of these, so I will be succinct with my questions:

Do you know which teams/events have commemorative balls for 2019? I am trying to get at least one this season. Do the Rangers for the last season at Globe Life Park? Do the Padres for 50 seasons in San Diego?

Thanks so much,

A very grateful Robert M.

Dear Zack, my name is Aidan and I am a huge fan of you and your videos. I have watched your videos since August of 2016 and enjoy every one of them. I am 16 years old, a big Boston Red Sox fan but I live in New Jersey (wierd, I know). From you and watching your videos and your enthusiasm about baseball, you have made me much more interested in baseball than I was before I started watching your videos. You have also made me much more excited to go to games and catch balls ever since I started watching your videos. I love your passion and how dedicated you are to watching baseball by attending so many games and travelling all over to make videos on catching baseballs for your YouTube channel. You have also motivated me to want to visit more stadiums. I have been to 17 so far and I want to get to all 30 someday. I love your videos so much and I have watched most of your videos so many times that I can't even count on my fingers how many of times and I'm memorizing your narrations in the videos (including your non-stadium videos). (I think I probably know more about the content in all of your videos than you lol). I was even in two of you Q&A videos (part 5 and part 11) and really appreciate that you picked my questions to answer. (Not sure if you recognize my name from commenting on your videos, but if you don't I hope you remember me from this email). I really hope to meet you someday (preferably this season). You really have inspired me and you are my idol. It would mean a lot to me if you read this and could write back to me. Thank you for inspiring me and for the great content on your YouTube channel. Keep it up!

From a huge fan of you, Aidan

Hi, Zack

I hope your doing well, I have commented on a few of your videos in the past which you have kindly replied to the last being the South Africa trip with your family. However I wanted to send you a e-mail to say that for the past three years I had been suffering from depression & anxiety which had gotten better with councilling & medication. however my anxiety has gotten worse for the last year but what helps is watching your videos along with other vlogs about other interests of mine. so I just wanted to say thankyou for helping me through your videos even though I’m thousand of miles away in London, England. I love Baseball (I’m a RedSox fan) & having been to Fenway for the first time last year there is no other sporting venue that I’ve been to in the world quite like it. Anyway again thankyou so much for your help to me & all the best.

Hi Zack,

My daughter and I really enjoy your YouTube channel.  To be honest, before watching even one video, or subscribing, my first reaction was to wonder how entertaining could it really be.  To my pleasant surprise, I was proved wrong.

Your channel inspired my daughter-who you met in Detroit last season, and, also featured her comment on your first installment of ticket stub signatures video-to start her own channel.  She is trying to do something similar to you, but instead she’s trying to collect game used gear, and autographs (but mainly game used gear).  As soon as we get her channel monetized, she would like to donate a portion of the monies to dementia charities researching for a cure.

Do you have any advice for her that would help in her quest to gain subscribers, popularity, and exposure for her channel? Thank you for your time.

P.S. I’ve begun the process of setting up an interview with West Michigan Whitecaps manager, and former Detroit Tigers catcher Lance Parrish this summer, so that Erynn can have additional content on her page.

-Chris

Hey Zack,

I’m a huge fan of yours and I love watching your videos. Hope this email finds you well, as I am sure you’re gearing up for the start of the season.

I was wondering if you’ve ever done the two stadiums in one day in Chicago? Looks like the Cubs and Sox are both playing at home May 4-5 and Aug 23-24. Both parks are right off the red line in Chicago.

Anyways, I would love a chance to meet you when you come to Chicago this year. I’m not sure if you typically announce where you’re going to be, but if you know of a certain date already, I’d love to try and make that game.

Thanks for the time and I’m looking forward to catching your videos this season.

Thank you,
Zach M

Hey, Zack!

My name is Preston but I go by Fuzzy on YouTube. I’ve been a huge fan of yours for years and always looked up to you when I first started my channel. If you’re at Goodyear from the 23-25 of February, I would love to get you in one of my videos or buy you a beer for being a motivating factor behind me getting 60,000 subscribers. Thanks in advance if you do see this!

Regards,
Preston aka Fuzzy

Hey Zack!

Well, it happened.  My 9 year old loves baseball more than me.  Part of the reason?  Your videos.

Thank you so much for sharing your love and passion for the game.

We would love to meet you for a quick picture, if it's not too much trouble.

Any idea when/if you'll be in LA this season?

Thanks a bunch,
Bill

Hi Zack -

My son Henry and I are big fans of you and your videos. We caught four balls at last years' Cubs/Rockies Wild Card game, and six a week before at a game in Cincinnati!

Question - do you have a PO Box? I'd love to send you a business card for your collection!

Thanks, and keep up the good work,

-Justin

Zack,

I'm just getting back into baseball after being out if it for about 10 years, my favorite players all retired and life got busy.

I have been doing some research on the game and came across your videos, I really like what you do.

My background in the (Army) military was photography and videography.  Im currently working as a Audio Visual Engineer.

I plan to see Mike Trout play at Baltimore in May (2019) during the 3 game set, I was just curious if you might be in Baltimore it would be nice to meet.  I live in Northern Virginia BTW.

I really like your channel and I didn't realize there were others who were as crazy about the sport as I am.

Take care and drop me a quick email.

V/R

Zack,
I just watched you on Bryant Gumble’s Real Sports.
Here’s my thoughts:
Awesome dude!  Good for you!  You are doing what you love and that’s the best thing in life…keep the passion.  Don't let people get you down, there is enough real stuff in this world to make us all bummed out that your stuff doesn't even touch the real bummer issues within this world.
I have an answer for you when asked about the poor people who you are “stealing” an opportunity from.
Do the math.  How many foul balls and home runs, throw outs etc…on average occur in a given game?  I’ll guess 20-25 between practices and then the game.  You come away with 2 or 3 of them…right.  But let’s remember all the other games that are going on all over the country!  I’ll be that you represent less than 1/10th of 1% of balls received by fans.  Figure that statistic out as accurately as you can and don’t exaggerate it…be conservative.  Remind people that you are only at one given game at a time!  People are so small to get upset about this.  They should enjoy the uniqueness you represent and the effort you go to, to chase your passion and dream.  They are just jealous or naysayers and in the minority I would guess.  The guy that said you are stealing other people’s experience, what a bunch of junk.  I have never caught a foul ball and frankly my life is whole and meaningful.  If I catch one, then great but it hasn’t taken away from me and my existence on earth!
Keep doing what you do but let me add some thoughts here:
Turn this attitude that people have into something positive that they cannot deny.  This is the important part…give back.  Find a way to give back to the community.  I heard them briefly state that you have given balls to young people at the park.  Continue to give as you are a lucky and fortunate dude!  Maybe shoot for sponsorship and that for every  ball you get, a certain amount of money is given to the cancer society or any society you feel needs help.  Go visit children in Ronald McDonald houses throughout the United States and dedicate a catch to those visited.
Keep doing what you do because I am pretty certain that most of us like to see how you excel at what you do and get a kick out of what you do.  We all wish we had that passion.  You are not a freak or anything…you’re just brave enough to chase your passion like very few actually do.  Find a way to channel what you do into a giving experience as well as your meaning for it all.  I think you said that the thrill is when the ball is hit until the ball lands in your mit!  Right?  So maybe you state that after number 10,000, that you are going to give each and every ball away to fans of your choice and find the fan least likely to be able to catch a ball.  An old timer that used that has been a long time ball fan, the area where the handicapped sit, etc., so many opportunities.  Giving is the way to really be able to truly receive.
Lastly, at an Angels game against Baltimore, I had really good seats just behind home plate.  Cal Ripken was on deck and I decided to get closer to him to show my 5 year old son whose kindergarten teacher loved Cal Ripken...a big fan.  So up from our seats and to the front wall to take a closer peak at the man.  As Cal was swinging his bat, Cal looked up at me and my son, signaled to me to hang tight, dropped his bat and slowly walked back to the dug out.  Yep, he walked back flipping a brand new ball up and down in his right hand as he walked back, and when he got back to deck, he walked up to me and said, “this is for your son”.  OK, I have to tell you, at some level, I know what you are experiencing.  It was a thrill!  What I didn’t notice was that the batter at plate had struck out while he was getting me the ball and the whole park was wondering what the heck was going on!  When all the fans saw Cal give me a ball, everyone stated applauding him and cheering.  The umpire just looked in disbelief and then finally yelled “play ball"…too classic.  Cal is some ways must know on a micro level how much that affected me and my son but for me and my son, it was macro and for all the fans around that were patting me on the shoulders, it was their experience as well.
Zack, keep doing what you do dude.  Change is good and maybe now is a time for you to bring the fans in with you.  Figure it out and share in the joy, with the fans that you no doubt love so much too.
Take care,
Chris
